Please for my sake spare the sarcasm or anti-Christian bigotry that has sadly become common on this site. I'm an Evangelical Christian, and I believe in the truth of the Bible and the word of God. However, as I'm working through the Bible, I'm having trouble extracting the "rules" or guidelines for being a Christian. I know that believing in Christ offers me salvation for my sins, but the only real depictions of what sins are all seem to be based on the opinion of man, not the word of God. I was wondering if there was a resource with a Biblical list of rules that Christians must abide by?
Where can I find the "rules" for being a Christian?
