Where can I find the financial statements of a single local business?

You won't get the sales from the individual restaurants. If they are part of a chain that is publically owned, you can get overall sales numbers, but that won't tell you anything about these two individual locations.

Go have a drink in each of them on a Saturday night and a Tuesday night. You'll get a sense of the flow.

I am interested in changing jobs from serving at Restaurant A to serving at Restaurant B. I want to compare the annual sales from each. How would I go about getting that information? Assume these are two national chain restaurants.
