Where can i find the european standards?

.Like what is the factor of safty for hoist lifts.The ones used to transport furniture into houses.

where can i find the standards,as in the website with a list of standards.

Cause i check the ISO and MSA(malta standard since im maltese) but i dint manage to get any values
