where can i find the bleeder valve for the cooling system on a '99-'02 mercury cougar?

- I have a '99 Cougar
- 2.0L Engine (4 cyl)

Reason for bleed:
No Heat coming from vents after water pump replacement. I fear the cooling system may not have been bled correctly.
