Where can I find textile companies to submit my art? What are the steps to follow?

I am mainly looking for companies that print teen t-shirts or baby clothes. I have some art for both types of clothing that might be suited, but don't have the slightest idea where to go or how to go about this. I also don't know any other place to ask this same question. If anyone has any information it will be appreciated. Thank you
