If you can't find it on Samsung's web site then you can't find it anywhere.
Go to http://www.samsung.com/ie/consumer/mobile-phones/mobile-phones/slide/SGH-I560DBAXEC/index.idx?pagetype=prd_detail and check under "Support & Downloads"
And it's not in samsung support site. Only samsung doesn't have symbian update! Nokia and ericson does. So I'm probably looking for a working update from elsewhere.
