Where can I find software so I can unlock my Nokia 6500s-i?

Hi there, I'm looking for some software to unlock the sim restrictions for my Nokia 6500s-i, I have tried numerous codes with restiction errors still coming up, is there any software I can download so I can unblock my phone with my link cable, any help would be much appreciated.
