Where can i find rolls of paper around 9 feet in width fora photography background?

I know B and H sells the 107 inch seamless paper rolls for around 30.00 dollars, however when I want to order 3 rolls of it the shipping is around 125 dollars. I was wondering if anybody knew of any stores around Kansas City or chains that would carry such a wide roll of white and black paper?
