I'm opening up a restaurant and need to buy some equipments that is NSF approved. Also, is anybody familiar with a tofu machine? It's a huge grinder that you use to grind up the soybeans, so it would turn to liquid (soy milk) then you boil it and press it in a tofu presser. I have looked everywhere but I can not find one in america. There's plenty of them in china but it is not NSF approved. Please help me. Thank you very much
