That's something you'll probably have to do by trial and error, since that's not a real common engine swap. What are your front and rear suspension going to be? You will probably just have to build the rolling chassis with the correct track and wheelbase measurements, cut the floor out of the Mini, put it over the new frame and put in a new floor to hold it all together. Sounds like a fun project.
