Where can i find my phone's account name and password?

Im trying to connect my Samsung Impression's internet with my MacBook. I have AT&T. When i try to connect my phone's internet to my computer it gives me an error message. I have all the information i need to connect except what my phone's account name and password is. Where can i find this?
