Where can I find malicious/evil android apps?

This may be a strange question to ask, but I want to unleash the evil power of my Galaxy S Captivate android smartphone. It runs 2.1 (Eclair), and is not YET rooted. Anything from bluff my call-style programs to sms bomber attack-style. I know this thing can be a powerful weapon, and I'd like to find the tools with which I can harness it.
