Can anyone give me advise on where to find an investor or if there is anyone on yahoo that would be interested in investing?
I need to raise £49,000 to start an elite London based escort agency. I am willing to give away 40% of the company. Previously I have managed two elite escort agencies and was a shareholder in one of them until I left to start my own agency. Both the escort agencies became very successful whilst I was there.
I have been working and researching the escort industry for over five years and I know all the ins and outs. Also I have discovered new ways on marketing, finding new clients and subsequently maximising profits.
The money will be spent on four things. Firstly, on creating a new site that will be written in the same programming language as Facebook and so it will stand out from the competition. Secondly, on search engine optimisation and links that will help the site rank highly in Google search results which will increase traffic to the site and subsequently profit. Thirdly, on advertising in directories and magazines, this will bring in a lot of clients. Lastly, the money will be used to pay for the rental of an office.
I have hired a very experienced escort agency manager/receptionist who will start work for us as soon as the website is live. She has many years experience, excellent telephone manner and is able to work late at night when the majority of our bookings will happen. I have around 70 escorts from all over the world who would like to work for me including fashion models, glamour models, adult models and actresses. They will join us as soon as the website is live.
The main sources of income for escort agencies are bookings. However I have three other ways of making money that very few escort agencies have utilised. Firstly, adult parties, then from membership, and lastly, from photo shoots. The estimate total income for the first year is £266,437.50. Please contact me for a detailed calculation of this. I used the lowest possible figures to calculate the total income so the actual figure will be much higher. The total estimate expenditure for the first year is £86,300. Profit will be £180,137.50.
