Where can I find info on how to make my iphone work for Sprint PCS?

Actually, there aren't. You can unlock it to use with a different GSM network but you can't use it with a CDMA network.

Sprint and Verizon are hemorrhaging customers because of the iPhone. If there was a way to use it with those networks, don't you think they'd be announcing it all over the place?
 
There are several reasons why you are wrong.

1. The phone is locked so it can't use any network other than the one authorized by your country. (I'm guessing that you are in the US because you mention Sprint.)

2. The Iphone is only for GSM networks. Sprint uses CDMA.
