Where can I find Hotel Inns, Motor Inns and Motel units for sale to own as part

of that hotel business? I am interested in buying into a hotel by purchasing a unit but I can't find inexpensive opportunities. The only lead I ever had was for the Carlton Ritz, which cost millions for a unit/room. Where can I find simply Hotel Inns, Motor Inns or even Motels with unit ownership opportunities?
