My boyfriend and I are going to Portland, Oregon this weekend and we're looking for some hole in the wall type places. Neither of us have been but since we're both from funky towns in Washington, we thought we would give it a go. We're into music, maybe a jazz bar or restaurant. Good food, not too pricey, with a swanky, warm atmosphere. We stay clear of corporate type restaurants and would much prefer something cozy where we can sit and enjoy our surroundings.
