i use ebay but with a few rules.
1. i make sure that the user has a good credit rating
2. Make sure that they have a lot of credit (e.g. it will have 99 *star* 204) this means they have 99% reliable and 204 credit.
you can also try amazon if they can ship to you
read the conditions (like if it is pre-owned, quality etc.)
