where can i find ASP.Net server?

I'm using windows 7 i'm having error while turning on IIS it's showing me "An error has occurred.not all of the features were successfully changed"so i can't fix that problem does anyone have asp server detail without using IIS turned on?
like php wampserver for example i use wampserver.com for php apache on my pc!
does asp have something like that?
