Where can I find and Iphone 3GS 16GB?

I am currently and AT&T customer and have an Iphone 3G 16GB. I want to upgrade to the 3GS but can only find it with 8GB. Is it still a possibility to get the iphone 16GB brand new for under 100 dollars?
