Where can i find affordable spare parts for my kawasaki EN 450 ltd bike

(1985) from the UK or Europe? Especially the fan relay (called relay - assy in the parts book) part number 27002. the only places i've found who do these are in america and the shipping makes such a little part So expensive. i would really appreciate some help with this as my cooling system isn't working as well without the fan (obviously). many thanks to any good suggestions. cheers
