Where can I find a WORKING Lunar 2: Eternal Blue ROM for the sega-cd emulator? ?

I am looking for the ROM to the classic Sega-CD version of Lunar 2: Eternal blue. I have found a few but none work, at least when I download and extract there is no ROM file.
Also if you know where I can find the ROM file for Lunar: The Silver Star that'd be greatly appreciated.
