Where can I find a wiring diagram for attaching a tow harness to a 1991 Dodge Dakota?

I recently purchased a 1991 Dodge Dakota which has a tow kit, but someone cut the wiring harness and seems to have removed the wires. There are also a pair of lights on the bottom of the back bumper that I would like to reconnect and need to know where to attach them as well.
 
I would check the website of hitch company in question first. You could also check Dodge.com or see if local library or auto store has Chilton's repair book for your model truck.
