Where can I find a website that offers creation of webpages using HTML for free?

I have a Website on Geocities where I am hosted fro free. But, Geocities will be closing down by October and as such I'll need to move. Is there another 'site that provides free hosting and the use of HTML codes in the building of Web pages? Please, HELP!
