I am a fanfiction writer and I just want to make banners for my stories w/o begging people. All the websites I see are for youtube videos that go too fast, or artists showing off their own work. I am most interested in putting in a background, cutting out some figures from other graphics and layering them into a picture, then adding some text. What is your best recommendation?
