where can i find a tension pulley enclosed spring design w/ hydraulic for 1994 Ford

F250 7.3L turbo diesel? I am replacing the old one on my truck and can only find the visible spring design.. but it doesn't fit into my engine block.. so i need the exact same one that i took out.. the inlet for the tension pulley bolt is stripped.. so i need the whole new assembly
