I am trying to find a classic style 40s or 50s swing skirt to wear for a dance. I'm 5'8 and 115 lbs so I need to find one that is both long enough(like knee length) but also small enough around the waist for me to wear it up higher than my hips. I checked both Old Navy & Forever 21 and neither of them seemed to have ones that would be long enough. Any suggestions? Should I just get a pattern and make one? Thanks!
