Where can I find a room to host an 18th birthday party?

At the end of January I am going to be throwing my big 18th birthday party. I already have the limo set up but I want to get a dj and have somewhere to host it. Like a big room in a hotel or something, but can't seem to find anything. Any advice?

I live in Castle Rock but would like to party in the Denver area!
 
where do you live??? the westin hotels have awesome party rooms!! and they are rated 5 stars
