You want to go to a place that has hookas. Those are the pipes you're talking about. Not all Arab eateries offer hookas, though. Make sure they explicitly say it in their advertising, or you can always call them to double check. Moroccan restaurants will have you sit on pillows on the floor, not all Lebanese restaurants. To see if a Moroccan restaurant has hookas, give them a call and find out.
