Where can i find a prom dress?

i was wondering where i can find a prom dress. i want it to be short, halter straps or any straps is fine. and if its possible a really pretty back design.i've been looking at websites forever but i cant find one thats pretty and reasonable.does anyone know any websites or stores in the bay area where i can go to that might have pretty ones? thanks
oh,and i dont want the dress to look cheap,like i got it at a mall or something.i want something that will be semi unique.thanks
 
windsor has the best prom dresses and they dont look cheap i guarantee ull find somethin there
 
are their any bridal stores near you, they usually carry them, go on google and type in bridal stores and your location see what comes up.....

also high end dept stores...

go on david's bridal website see if there is anything you like but dont buy online untl you know your size because their dresses run small
