where can i find a professional dog grooming kit with case? I will be starting out at my local animal shelter to learn , wiche means i need good advice on how to deal with mixed breeds besides tools i need information on shampoos / face cleaner ect
There really are not any commercial grooming kits. Some grooming schools offer a starter kit for their students. The basic grooming tools include a good set of clippers with detactable blades; a pair of 8" shears; a pair of thinning shears; nail trimmers; slicker brush or two; combs of several sizes; a mat splitter or rake; and something to store all this stuff in. There are several good grooming books out there as well as youtube videos on grooming. The sites below carry good quality equipment and books.
