Where can I find a Plus size swimsuit without soft foam cups I am smaller on

top than on bottom ? thank you? I am Smaller on top than the bottom and can't find a swim suit that will fit on top and on bottom and vice versa . And the 2 piece tankini and mix-n-match pieces that are big enough to fit through the midriff area I'm afraid would move up and show belly ect.,
