Where can I find a photo studio in Yokohama or Tokyo?

I need to have my passport photo taken for my new passport. Does anyone know of a photo studio that does passport photos in Yokohama or Tokyo (southern Tokyo)?
I cannot use a photo booth. The photo needs to be signed and dated by a photographer. I asked the embassy about using a photo booth, and they said it's possible that the photo would be rejected.
 
You don't need to go any studio down there but just drop in the self-portrait vending machine at the near any rail station or the ordinary shopping mall/center over there to take shots for passport by yourself.
