Where can I find a part for 1989 Buick Skylark 2.3 D Quad 4?

I am looking for a Generator A/C Bracket with Serpentine Belt Adjuster Assembly all in one. 1st Design with round hole
We have already checked the Salvage Yards and the Buick Dealership, and they don't have one, and don't know where to find one.
Thanks for trying though.
