Where can I find a or some case laws that will involve a car accident due to

failure of defaulted parts.? Also,my expert witness could not make it due to missing of flight. So the court proceeded with the case and would not set a new court date. I have access to Westlaw and Lexis. I am clueless to what I need to look for. COLLEGE STUDENT!!!!!!!!
