Where can I find a lot of greenery in Arizona? Are there any garden mazes here?

I've been trying to find garden mazes here for filming. Even a place with a lot of flowers and tall green hedges would be nice. To be precise, I'm trying to find a place that would do well for a Wonderland scene. Lots of green.
