Where can I find a lawyer that help me on a health care problem in Montreal, Quebec?

I am Canadian Permanent resident in Quebec. I was hospitalized for three weeks in a hospital and now I have a debt of $60,000 because they don't give you medical insurance for the first 3 months in Quebec. So, I need to find a good lawyer because they are charging me the NON RESIDENT or Tourist fees.

HELP!
