Where can I find a large and cheap bike frame in the SF Bay Area?

I am looking to build myself a fixie, but I don't have a bike frame. I am 6'2" so I need a pretty big bike frame (60-63), but I would also like to pay less than 50 dollars so I have enough money to pay for the rest of the parts.
Does anybody know of a place where I can find frames fitting these specifications anywhere around the Bay?
