where can i find a jailbreak(4.0+) for my ipod touch 1st Gen.?

im looking for any jailbreak besides Pois0n. i want to jaibreak my ipod up to 4.0 to turn my ipod into a phone. can somebody give a good link on the steps to turn my 1st gen into a phone? Thank you!
