Where can I find a Honda B16B (Type R) engine to put into my 2001 Civic EX?

I live in upstate NY around Albany and am looking for the cheapest way. I heard maybe in Japan they can ship one over. Any idea on what the average cost and probability on finding one of these is? Thanks.

personally id ask around, i know that where i live, everyone with a honda knows someone that knows someone else with a honda and so on and so forth....
