Where can i find a good website for news shows on continents other than the U.S?

my teacher recommended PBS and BBC but i cant seem to find any good ones for south america, australia, or asia. it should be from 5-20 minutes long if possible. and it has to be from a legitimate source, no myspace or youtube please. thank you!
