My girlfriend moved to college this year and is staying in a dorm with a no-pet-policy. She happens to love animals, and is very bummed about no longer being able to have a pet. For Christmas this year, I'd like to get her one of those fish tanks/fishbowls with the little fake fish that swim around electronically.
I'm having trouble finding a good one available online that isn't too expensive (I'd prefer to spend less than sixty dollars if possible) Does anyone know of a good product that might work for this?
Or maybe not even a fish, just some kind of artificial pet?
