Where can I find a goal meter HTML code for my site?

I need a goal meter where I can continuously enter numbers, and it will update it. Where can I get one? Not for money goals, either.
I checked WidgetBox, they don't have one. I can't write it.

Any help is appreciated! Thanks! <3

Additional: The ones I'm thinking of look like a theomomotar. But I don't reallly want that, but like that.
 
This sounds like somthing that is homemade software so you will need to pay someone to make it for you.
