Where can I find a Fuel Tank Cover or Shield for a Ford Escape 2001. IT is rusting bad.?

This is the Shield under the Car that protects the Fuel Tank. Once again,, A Ford and Rust. I don't want to go to the Dealer yet. If anyone knows,,, let me know. Thanks
