1. Legal Aid. Check your phone book and try Google. They work on a sliding scale of income to determine what, if anything, you pay.
2. Call the PA state bar and ask for the referral service. Many state bars maintain a "pro bono" list where they put your name down and circulate it to their members to see if anyone can help.
3. Do you live near a law school? Many of them offer legal clinics where the work is performed by students under supervision of experienced attorneys. Its cheap or free, depending on how they handle things.
4. Finally, call around to some local attorneys that appear to be solos or have smaller practices. Ask them if there's anyway you can do it on the cheap, or maybe yourself with your attorney in an advisory role (some states allow this, some don't). You might be surprised and find someone who can help, or they might be able to refer you to someone who can.
