I'm a DM who desperately needs this book. I have the 'Tome of Magic', but it's a pain in my butt. However, I cannot find a copy of 'Consolidated Binder's Handbook', since we're not in 4ed, and that was a 3ed book... So where can I find a copy, preferably free??
