Where can I find a ford 5.4 dohc 24 valve and how much will it cost?

I would rather it be used, I would like to snag one from a '99 Navigator or a 2000 svt cobra without buying those vehicles. I have checked local car yards and ford will only sell you new ones. is there a good website to get this thing from.
