I want to join the Marine Corps when I graduate High School, but i am out of shape, over weight, and not very athletic what so ever, so i want to get as in shape as possible for the boot camp. So far i am thinking about running/jugging 2 miles or at least 1 every morning during the summer, but i know that wont be enough. I am currently feeling strongly about my decision. Also can anyone include a healthy food plan? I live with 6- 8 people so maybe a healthy dinner for everyone everyday?
