Where can I find a dedicated USB lead for a Panasonic CF-P2 Toughbook PDA?

I have searched the web but I am truly stumped. I do know that some usb cables for other Panasonic phones can be adapted for use with the CF-P2 but I just can't find details of the pin-out changes required.
