Where can I find a couple of Dalmations for a photo shoot at an old carriage house?

I need these photos of a historical building and carriage house.I'm an armature photographer and want to take the photos myself.

Are there any agencies I can call? Do I need to be supervised to be sure the dogs are treated well?
All I want are a few shots of them infront of the carriage house and next to a carriage. The origional owners had dalmations so I wanted to include them in the photos.

call the shelters in your area and offer them copies of the pictures to be posted on their website (to help the Dalmatians find new homes).
i'm sure that professional type photos of the homeless dogs would work in their favor!!
all the best!

Call your local obedience clubs. Dog owners are always up for getting attention for their dogs. They may do it for copies of the pictures. You could also call the local breed club, but you want dogs that are trained to stay in position and that work well without getting distracted by other dogs.
There are agencies that you can call but they will charge you a nice fee. These are proffessionals and photo shoots are how they earn their living.

Place an ad in the paper, or local t.v. station. Open photo shoot for Dalmatians, Must be socialized and current on their shots.
You can offer copies of prints and chew bones.
Then Shoot them all have everyone sign a release you'll have lots to choose from and send copies to all the owners.

Look for local breeders of Dalmatians.
You can check through the AKC's website to find the Dalmation Club, then look for local breeders. Or you could call some veterinarians in your area.
I'm sure there are some nearby who would be happy to have their dogs included, especially if you offer them copies of the pics.
Good luck.
