signed in march? I am in the process of writing a paper and I need to beable to read the version that was signed by the President in march. I have been looking a lot of places and there seem to be many versions of the bill, HR3200, HR3590, and a few others that I don't recall now. It is proving frustrating and thought maybe someone here would know. Thank you for your time =D
